You can move out any time and you only pay for the days you have used our storage facility (subject to a minimum storage charge period of just two weeks). No notice required and unused days are fully refunded.

You can access your self storage room as often as you wish (putting items in or taking them out) totally free of charge. Our Walsall storage facility opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm – 4pm. 24 hour 7 day access is available on some of our domestic self storage units, please ask for details.

A Short History of Marston Green
Marston Green is a village in the Metropolitan borough of Solihull, although it also borders Birmingham and Coventry. It has a population of around 5,000 residents and first began life as agricultural village.
It is quite near to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC and this has meant that the village has seen an increase in its residential status and is generally seen as a commuter village. It is part of the civil parish of Bickenhill which had a thriving Industrial estate until 1928.
Marston Green was included in the 1086 doomsday book as part of ‘Merstone’ and was divided into two villages in the 12th century.
Originally, Marston Green was known as ‘Marston Culy’ after the landowners the De Culy family in around 1248. The name Marston Green came about somewhere around 1830.
The growth in homes started in the 1920’s due mainly to the war years and also because of the West Coast Mainline loop with Birmingham, which linked Marston Green in 1838.
During the 2nd World War, the Canadian Air Force was based in this village, and after they left the building was turned into a hospital known locally as “Marston Green Maternity”. It later became a psychiatric hospital but was demolished in the 1990’s and a new building was built and it is now a facility that houses people with learning difficulties.
The village has 1 main pub called “Marston Green Tavern”; the village also has an Infant and Junior school.
Marston Green also has a tennis club which was founded back in 1923, and a 9-hole golf course that runs parallel to Birmingham International Airport.
Some famous people of note who hail from this area are Terry Cook, Stewart Talbot, and Frankie Bunn who were all footballers that played for various league teams.
